At Al Bohemia , we take pride in handcrafting high-quality skincare products and soaps with care and attention. Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, we’re happy to offer an exchange in the event of a damaged or defective item.

Exchanges or store credit are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

All requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In their original packaging

Proof of Damage

Please email us with clear photos of the damaged or defective product to help us process your request efficiently.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds. If your claim is approved, you may choose between:

  • An exchange of the same item
  • An exchange of another item of the same price
